As previously advised the AGM is approaching 7 days from tonight which means midnight tonight is the cut off for nominations.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

For members looking to nominate for a position you need to complete the attached form which requires you to sign as a nomination and a member of the club to second your nomination.

For any member not able to attend but would like to ensure that their vote counts, we have also attached the 2026 proxy vote form, please complete this form and have it returned to the executive@busjrlfc.com email address.

Forms need to be received BEFORE the AGM. with nominations closing 7 days before the AGM on Tuesday 18th of November, 2025.

In the event that not enough nominations are received for each position prior to the AGM, we will accept nominations from the floor at the Annual General Meeting.
