Notification of Annual General Meeting for the 2026 Season

Good Morning Sharkies Families!

You are invited to the Belconnen United Sharks Juniors 2026 Annual General Meeting. During the Annual Meeting all committee positions will be declared vacant and we will conduct votes for the people that volunteer to fulfil these positions.

This year we have been advised of several committee members that are not returning to their positions.

We Need your skills, experience and efforts to continue the Belconnen United Sharks to be the best place they can be!

Even if you don’t want to nominate for a position, you can attend the meeting to vote on who should ascertain which position (in the event that multiple people nominate) or to become a general member of the committee.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
For anyone looking to nominate for a position you need to complete the attached form which requires you to sign as a nomination and a member of the club to second your nomination. For any member not able to attend but would like to ensure that their vote counts, we have also attached the 2026 proxy vote form, please complete this form and have it returned to the executive@busjrlfc.com email address.

Forms need to be received BEFORE the AGM. with nominations closing 7 days before the AGM at 7pm on Tuesday 18th of November, 2025. In the event that not enough nominations are received for each position prior to the AGM, we will accept nominations from the floor at the Annual General Meeting.

All Nominations should be sent to the club executive committee via executive@busjrlfc.com

If you have any questions or queries please reach out, we are always happy to help and I am available for the seconding of your nominations if required.
