Good evening Sharkies Families!

You are invited to the Belconnen United Sharks, Annual General Meeting for season 2024.

During the Annual Meeting all committee positions will be declared vacant and we will conduct votes for the brave people that volunteer to fufil these postions.  This year we have a number of positions that are not being refilled by their current holders. We Need your skills, experience and efforts to continue the Belconnen United Sharks to be the best place they can be!


Even if you don’t want to nominate for a position, you can attend the committee meeting to vote on who should ascertain which position (in the event that multiple people nominate) or to become a general member of the committee. 

The Meeting will be help at 7pm on Monday 25th Novmeber, 2024 at the RUC @ Turner and will also be held online via the following information:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
For anyone looking to nominate for a position you need to complete the attached form (located in the files section of this Stack Team News Article) which requires you to sign as a nomination and a member of the club to second your nomination. 

If you would like to pass your voting power onto someone else, you can do so but need to sign the proxy form. 

Both forms need to be received BEFORE the AGM. with nominations closing 7 days before the AGM at 7pm on 18th of November, 2024.
